045 – Monkey Bars

Lessons from a family reunion and the quick break we took!  I am including the quick FB live video I shot after seeing these two give it a shot and it totally blew my mind on how simple a concept this was!  Take a look below.

   It is so much easier to look away from our goal, to get distracted by our old habits or addictions, but look what you can do when you set your sights on what you want.

For example, instead of worrying about losing weight, focus on something you want to accomplish (like a 10K or doing a family photo shoot) and you’ll lose the weight as a side effect and it will be so much easier.  Focus on what you want.  Comment below on an example of what you could do to focus on what you want versus what you’re avoiding.
